You’ve seen our finished projects on Instagram and our website, but what is it like getting there? Through our partnership with Built to Fit, we are a full service design - build team. We are an organized team of designers, contractors and project managers who conceptualize beautiful homes, and also have the skills to effectively communicate those ideas with tradespeople so that our customers get exactly what they are looking for. Plus – we’re fun to work with!!
INITIAL CONSULTATION
Upon contacting Prairie Home for design services, we will set up a consultation date. During this time, we will meet with you to discuss the scope of the project and your vision for your space. In addition, we will begin to formulate preliminary options for the design of the area and an approximate start date. This meeting is usually about an hour in length.
FULL SERVICE DESIGN & REMODELING
Our full-service design and remodel begins with an initial consultation, followed by a design plan and budget presentation. Upon approval, we will request a deposit from you and begin ordering products and scheduling labor. We keep you in the loop every step of the way. Our team monitors the deliveries and progress of the subcontractors closely to ensure a high-quality, timely finish to your job. We then add all of the necessary finishing touches that will bring your space to life! The best day is when you get to walk into your own HGTV moment!
